So I want to pay my ebay fees today, but my funds are on hold for 21 days (im convinced that my buyers are not that type to leave feedback even though I asked them, and I sell virtual items with no tracking)
Do they expect people to wait for these funds and to pay fees via the sellers bank account or credit card?

eBay charges you immediately when you make a sale and they bill you once a month. If you want to pay your bill now instead of waiting you can do that by using the one time payment option and using a debit card or credit card.
Good Luck Selling!

eBay doesn't just take the fees because:
1) eBay doesn't have the money.
2) Financial transactions are not free. If eBay wanted PayPal to carve out the 10% chunk for each and every transaction and send it to eBay, they'd have to pay for that, and it wouldn't be cheap.
3) It would be extremely unlikely that eBay could reach the same type of arrangement with all of the companies that handle merchant accounts.
4) eBay would still have to invoice sellers for any payments made outside of eBay (e.g. cash for pickup), and for non-payment situations where the seller forfeits their FVF credit, so the monthly billing infrastructure would still have to be maintained.
5) Keeping track of payments isn't cheap. Instead of keeping track of one payment per seller per month, eBay would have to document and track every one of those "mini-payments".
It would require a significant increase in staff, computer resources, etc., as well as the added PayPal expense.
BTW, you're selling accounts, but listing them in "Services"? Are you following eBay's policies for virtual items?

I`m guessing this will all change soon when ebay and Adyen start processing our payments.

Feedback does not release holds earlier than 21 days. Only tracking showing delivered does.
It used to but unscrupulous sellers were forcing their buyers to leave feedback to release funds before they would ship.

Hopefully. I'm thinking that the best option is to just delay the payment of the ebay fees until the funds are available in my account.
That is a good way to get your account suspended if your payment is late.

The change to Adyen isn't going to stop funds holds.
And delaying your payment to eBay will just put your account at risk.
BTW, feedback doesn't release funds.

You can't block people on the forum, and the poster was pointing out that you might be violating eBay policy in how you had your item listed. That can result in your listing being removed by eBay and your selling account restricted or even closed.

I can no longer see the listings.

Why doesn't Ebay just take the fees when a buyer pays for an item?
Because it would cost eBay a lot of money in transaction frees to take hundreds of small payments per month instead of one large transaction per month.
When a buyer pays for your item, would you rather receive 1 payment of $100, or 100 payments of $1 each?
1 payment: Fees = $3.20 ($2.90 plus 30 cents).
100 payments: Fees = $33.00 (3 cents plus 30 cents times 100 transactions)

And all feedback is from "More than a year ago." That includes all three categories: feedback as a seller, feedback as a buyer, and feedback left for others. Now dude is selling instagram accounts? I find that curious . . .

Start selling real items that have tracking. Problem solved.
