Your time will come,   does not matter, how well you pack, and what carrier, with Tracking  if the Buyer changes their mind,  the easiest way is to describe as damaged

Heavens, man!  Do you think I never had an item damaged in transit or never had a bogus return?  And when we had bricks-and-mortars, we had such losses, along with losses from shoplifting and customer damage to merchandise on the floor.  (Never had any employee theft, but that's a common loss for many.)

 

Losses are part of doing business, and they're calculated into pricing.  This is all just ordinary stuff.  Business 101.  Or maybe Business 01.
