And this is the email eBay sent to me. I’ve sold 1000’s of items with no issue with tracking. Why do I have to provide that now? What’s going on here??

Since you've sent all your items with tracking, you should be able to comply with their email. It will be time-consuming, and there may be a limit to the tracking data you can still retrieve, but hopefully you'll be able to provide enough for them to consider your reply to be responsive to their request.

Are you saying you have sent many items without tracking before, without incident? Have you had any Item Not Received claims?

Sorry, my post was from my phone and I hate typing from it. I have always used eBay labels with tracking in all my items but 1. And the reason for that was I wanted to get extra insurance from UPS. Even then I put in tracking info immediately. I have yet to have a buyer complain of INR. Never not one time. I am only upset b/c my $850 is frozen. I sell waaaayyy more on Posh so I wouldn’t be terribly upset if I never sold another thing here. I

Did you have a claim or metrics issue that triggered this?

the only thing I can think of is maybe the artificial knee is a medical device maybe
I had no idea you could just buy them in the box
thats the only thing that sticks out

The only case I have open is from a buyer return for “item didn’t fit”. Nothing else. My seller metrics are all green except except for a slight decrease in my click through rate.

The joint doesn’t require a Rx so if it’s that then why would it ask for all the tracking info again? It literally doesn’t make sense. Like a weird glitch. Honestly I’m not all that mad. I just want my $850 so I can visit my sons in FL. eBay needs to stop using bots to make their decisions. Thx for your input!🧑🎄

None of us in the Community knows why you were asked to provide tracking on your items. Provide eBay with the best response you can and hope they'll find it sufficient to release the hold on your account. If you can't respond or choose not to respond, your account will remain suspended.

Thx for your input. Much appreciative. I most always use eBay labels with tracking so they already have that info. I just don’t under why do it again. Makes no sense.

They require tracking numbers to be entered into INR cases again, too, even though the label was purchased on eBay. Who knows why? Sounds crazy to me, too. I don't imagine "sense" enters into it . . . 😏

I will comply with their request. I guess I’ll just copy & paste as far back as I can. It’s just a headache I don’t have time for.😋

I hear ya. 👂 (<<<<< That, believe it or not, is an ear emoji.)
Good luck!

Yep a time consuming mess for sure.
Have all the tracking shown as delivered. It is such a lot has been delayed and even lost with the mess on shipping these days. May be what triggered this... Just saying.
