Why did eBay restrict my acct & hold $850 hostage?

 And this is the email eBay sent to me. I’ve sold 1000’s of items with no issue with tracking. Why do I have to provide that now? What’s going on here??

Everything that has been mailed greater than a week ago has been delivered. Only the recent items from the last 7 days or so show in transit.  Just my bad luck I guess. I like to think that I am taking one for the team.
