I had this jerk bid up an item then after he won he wouldnt pay. I tried to file a non payment claim and there is no option for that anymore. What is wrong with Ebay ? Why do they constantly screw over sellers. Fee the crap out of us then give us no support. The guy just says " I dont want it Relist it" Come on ebay that is not cool. Get your act together.

This is something every seller should pay attention to. Just like it's a buyer's responsibility to flag bad seller so too should sellers flag bad buyers.

You're mad at ebay because your buyer changed their mind?
If they could, would you like ebay to MAKE/FORCE the buyer to pay?

This is a completely different complaint than your initial post.
You initially claimed that eBay no longer had a mechanism for filing non-payment claims, and then you were shown that there is indeed a mechanism for filing non-payment claims.
Now you are moving the goalpost - you are now criticizing the mechanism for filing non-payment claims because it does not prevent non-payment in the first place. That is like blaming the ambulance that responds to an accident for not preventing the accident in the first place. That is not the purpose of an ambulance.
eBay does have a mechanism for combating non-payment. It is called Fixed Price, Immediate Payment Required.
Oh lucky, you never fail to make me chuckle. 😉
