I just had a purchase from Puerto Rico where I ship for free, no problem. But, the buyer was from a small island off of Puerto Rico where UPS has a $30 surcharge. I don't want any future buyers from that island, don't want to absorb another huge shipping surcharge. The island is covered by mostly a single zip code, why is there no option to block buyers from a zip code?
Off topic, why are Puerto Rico PO Boxes passing through PO Box shipping restriction? I'm tired of contacting buyers with obvious PO Box addresses from Puerto Rico. I only ship UPS/DHL so I can't ship to those.

"I see, so you guys don't want to have more features added giving more control of selling."
Nobody said that.
And nobody who posted any reply to your dilemma has any power to make the change that apparently only you want.
"Weird but ok."
Ditto.

Again, if you only want to use UPS and are not interested in using a shipping service that would not charge that surcharge plan on having a bite in the behind once in awhile.
No, you cannot and have never been and never will be able to block by zipcode. Your question has been answered. You are not interested in solutions. You are not Frank Sinatra. You cannot do it "my way"

The OP is from Canada that is why they can't ship via USPS unless they can ship from Canada and under this ID can't find and recent sales or any Feedback as a seller only FB as a Buyer. Maybe they sell under another ID? - IDK.
Have shipped to Canadian buyers to a US location near the US border because our USPS Priority mail rates to Canada w/tracking were too high.

Suggest you contact eBay directly about your need. There is a link some where on this site that is Titled "Tell US What You Think that maybe helpful - eBay keeps moving it around. It might be helpful to provide them with how many additional item & $$ in sales you can generate for eBay.

Well that makes a difference. A Canadian seller only shipping via UPS.
Seriously? Shipping from where without UPS surcharges?

We have zero clue what the OP is selling that is so popular in Puerto Rico that the buyers there would order from Canada. I other words...Huh?

It was quite relevant, thanks you, as most people know that shipping UPS to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska is usually, not always, but usually far more expensive than shipping USPS.

Why can't we block buyers by zip code?
Because ebay does not offer that feature.
