Why can't I leave feedback for an item I sold?

What error message did you see?

Is it more than 60 days from the date of the transaction?  You can't leave feedback if the transaction is older than 60 days.

 Are you trying to leave a neutral or negative feedback comment?  Sellers can only leave positive feedback or none at all.

Did you file an Unpaid Item Dispute, and you won?  If so, you can't leave feedback.

Did the buyer ask to cancel the transaction?  If so, you can't leave feedback.

I'm having problems with this too and unable to leave feedback for only customers with zero feedback.  Sorry I don't have a solution.

The message I get is "Can't leave feedback for selected item"

I sold the item yesterday and wanted to leave positive feedback.

I had the same experience yesterday 5/15 with the message "Can't leave feedback for selected item."  Today I'm able to leave feedback for that transaction.

Try leaving feedback in later days.

Yes, if a buyer has zero feedback I cannot leave feedback...weird.

That's probably not the reason.

I'd suggest trying again tomorrow.

Feed back is voluntary, although I like to leave it on shipment. (Because I rarely track, the FB includes the shipping date.)

EBAY has Hi-Jacked the Feedback process, to a point I don't even bother leaving feedback for selling or buying. I just let EBAY leave feedback for me, if they want.
