Why can't I leave a reply to received feedback?

When I try to leave a reply to feedback it goes to the sign in page. Then it goes to the "I am not a robot". Then I get photos of boats or buses. Then I go to the sign in page again and the whole cycle repeats. Any Ideas?

If you're referring to the negative you received as a buyer, don't you want to contact eBay and get that removed?

Are you trying to reply from the mobile app or a laptop?

Mobile app continues to be wonky.

Also, try doing it from site map, vs actual feedback itself.

Click on site map at bottom of page, go to FEEDBACK section and click on reply to FB received.  Good luck!

Like poster @soh.maryl explained, call ebay and get those 2 false positive feedbacks removed, that's ridiculous and that seller should know better.

     As far as the Captcha goes, your lucky you didn't get crosswalks! I know another poster here that just loves those 😆 🤣

I phoned eBay due to a similar issue, person on phone said they didnt want sellers to be able to reply on all feedback and sometimes cause sellers to get in touch directly over certain transactions rather than using online automated seller help center. I think that was just a wierd excuse to be honest, who knows.  It was negative, she actually removed it as i argued if I couldnt respond then it wasnt fair.

This was a BUYER who wanted to reply to the feedback she received, which was positive FB with negative wording.

Evidently didn't realize that her best bet would be to contact eBay and just get them removed.

Whoever you spoke with on the phone was being beyond ridiculous (as CS reps on eBay often are).    

And it is, of course, against the rules for sellers to get in touch with buyers outside of eBay, but, so far, eBay has not been able to figure out a way to keep that from happening.

Afterthought... I think the only way I would ever get Crosswalks was if the image was of the Beatles' Abbey Road album. 😂
