Whenever I try to manually relist my items, ebay says in a red statement(mobile phone) that I can't because I have selected automatic relisting. However, if that's the case, it's not appearing under SELLING and it's been more than 24 hours. What gives? This might have cost me a customer, since a customer had made an old offer that I now agreed to. I ebay messaged that customer to tell them to submit it, only to find out that the sale itself wasn't even reposted. I try to manually relist it, but the above error message appears. The trust factor can be razor thin with buyers and this might be seen as a breach of trust. I said submit to an item that wasn't there, but either it was supposed to be there or I should have been able to relist it. What gives?! Hope this hasn't cost me a sale!
