Account Problem

Hello 

Im starting a new business on my account.

When i try to setup a store subscription they give me this message "You do not have a valid payment method on file. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your subscription. Add payment method", but when i do click on the link to add payment there is no location for me to put the paypal as a seller (it seems like i can only use it for buying ).

I also noticed that in site preferences there is no seller options ,and i dont have the global shipping program on the business policies for shipping internationally. 

I would like to know if there is something that im missing, note that im new to the selling platform .

I fixed those problems by linking the paypal on the link 'sign up today' i dont why it didn't work last time

anyway after that in shipping preferences i added enrolled on the global shipping . 

now i have another problem there is no edit on payment for buyers option

Have you tried to click on the No at the Paypal choice and see if it toggles to yes?

You will get a pop up screen to sign in, after that it will take you to the page.

Update Checkout Preferences
