I am running several large promotions, to help get rid of old stock. 20% off up to 500$ (done manually using sale percentage tiers). Most of my listings are eligible. But there are a ton now that say "Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item". What's the deal with this? where can I find out WHY I am not eligible for a discounted listing? Clearly it isn't an overall thing, I have quite a few already marked down. The ones not eligible seem to be random, no grouping by age, price, or type. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
