Yes. I had that happen to 100% of items in my store (Russian Federation). I changed them all with a bulk edit, and then items seemed to randomly switch back. I twice more did a bulk edit to remove that. After the 3rd bulk edit, the changes had appeared to stick, as I went over a month without a listing changing back. However, this week I did encounter one listing of mine where it was back to Russian Federation, but it appears to be just the one.
Hopefully the issue isn't coming back again.
And it isn't rocket science why you have a huge drop in views and sales. Gas is $5 a gallon and everything costs 25% more in the stores and at restaurants. Half of E-Bays registered buyers aren't shopping for random stuff off the internet. They aren't even bothering to look! And whatever you are selling better be dirt cheap compared to other online listings.
