Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue and I hope someone can help or share advice.
Every time I list Labubu items (both dolls and even Labubu doll clothing), my listing gets removed automatically within 2 hours under the “counterfeit policy.”
The problem is:
This has been happening for a long time, and it is making it impossible for me to sell on eBay. I believe this may be a technical problem with eBay’s system, because the removals happen automatically and immediately, not after manual review.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get eBay to properly review my case and allow my authentic Labubu listings to stay up?
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Another user answered on the technical issues board: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/Why-are-my-authentic-Labubu-listings-remo...
There is no "community team" that you can tag, btw, so that tag will not help you. You just need to be patient, we're all eBay buyers and sellers here and anyone that has suggestions will answer when they can.

"All my Labubu items are 100% authentic"
You can't use the Labubu trademarked name anywhere in the listing to sell homemade doll clothes. That is not authenticity. Activity such as that opens up all your other listings to extra scrutiny.
I find it funny this Chinese business has such an elaborate anti counterfeit verification regime when they wrote the book on ripping off other designs from around the world.

Hey @dollsystreet! Please check your eBay messages as our teams send out reasoning for removals through there.

Please look at these listing. It doesn't make sense. All items are authentic with qr code proof. Why they still got removed?

We have a local large store who has on their sign board at the moment "Authentic Labubu replica dolls". Er, authentic replicas? Yeah, good luck trying that verbiage on ebay.
If they're replicas they're fakes, right?
I may have to visit the store on the weekend lol

No such thing as authentic Labubu clothing, PopMart doesn’t make it/sell it.
eBay probably decided to err on the side of caution and remove ALL of your Labubu listings.

This exact issue was asked about a few weeks ago under a different username. The OP in that case never understood what the problem was. Wondering if it’s the same user.

No, I thought of that too, this is that thread. I won't be around around long enough but can envision multiple threads in 30 years wanting to know the value ala Beanie Babies.

Same has happened to me and it is extremely frustrating as I posted the barcode and receipt. There is nothing counterfeit about my labubus so it’s ridiculous that they’re getting removed. I tried to reach out to someone and it’s just bots that help with nothing! If you find a resolution please let me know as this wrong especially when I am selling real items.

Weird that the dolls were removed.... but not the clothing you have is still have up.

Buying them at a price that affords a profit reselling on eBay is clue number one. The design differences are subtle but if there are billions of dollars at stake you can be sure experts are trained to examine pictures random sellers post to weed out the fakes.

Won't even be 30 years. Fads churn.
