Why are my authentic Labubu listings removed within 2 hours? Technical issue?

I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue and I hope someone can help or share advice.

Every time I list Labubu items (both dolls and even Labubu doll clothing), my listing gets removed automatically within 2 hours under the “counterfeit policy.”

The problem is:

• All my Labubu items are 100% authentic.
• I provide clear proof of authenticity in my listings (official QR codes, packaging photos, tags, etc.).
• I have never sold replicas or counterfeit items.

This has been happening for a long time, and it is making it impossible for me to sell on eBay. I believe this may be a technical problem with eBay’s system, because the removals happen automatically and immediately, not after manual review.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get eBay to properly review my case and allow my authentic Labubu listings to stay up?

From looking through your screenshots, most of the listings that were removed were for "clothing sets" to fit Labubu dolls.

When I looked through your remaining listings for other clothing sets, some of them said they were "unbranded", meaning they were not made by Labubu. Others said they were "for Labubu", but had no information about the actual brand. Some of them used the brand name PopMart, which makes Labubu, in the title, but in the item specifics, it said "unbranded" and had no information about the brand. Some of them said "DIY" which suggests that you are making the clothes yourself.

When you are selling doll clothes, if they will fit on any doll of that size, then they are considered "universally compatible", and you can't use the brand name in the title, even with "fits Labubu" or "for Labubu" unless they were made by PopMart and/or Labubu. You can't use the words "Labubu" or PopMart" for clothes that you made, or that weren't made by PopMart of Labubu.

You would have to call them as homemade/unbranded/other-brand clothes to fit 17cm doll.

"If the item is an accessory for or compatible with another item, "fits", "for" or "compatible with" should be stated before the name of the compatible item. However, "fits", "for" or "compatible with" is not allowed before the brand names of jewelry, clothing and accessories, or universally compatible items"
