Why am I still seeing fee details final value fee for below standard performance 5% on new sales

I was below standard last month. Now I'm above standard

 If you got upgraded 10/20................it will go into effect 11/1

Yes it was 10/20.

If I remember correctly the Above Standard status won't be in effect until the first of the next month following the evaluation period.

They gave me promoting listings back on 10/20. But I'm still seeing the extra fees.

The seller rating on your dashboard goes into effect immediately on the 20th. The change in fees doesn't go into effect until the 1st of the next month.
