Why am I getting popups about Ad Blockers?

Is Ebay just confirming my listing is their ad space?

Ad block detection capability has been around for a while.    

Try turning it off and see what happens.  

I use one and do not receive any such pop ups.

And yes, the real estate around our listings are eBay's ad space.   Have been for some time now.   Seems to be getting ever more crowded.
