I sell needlework charts. They are easily photocopied. Accepting returns would dissolve my business. I'm guessing that others who sell paper-based products feel the same. My 10% discount has now been revoked. After 18 years, thanks EBAY!
We agree with you returns stink there not fun and they can pretty much ruin your day. But we have no choice pretty much a buyer can return anything for any reason and ebay will back them up. So we roll with it. Best regards
