Why I can't see Promote Listing Option I am Above standard seller Completed more then 5 Orders

Hello My dear Friends.🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝

               I am starter. When I'm going to list an item There is no showing about promote listing Why I can't promote.Only showing Volume Pricing I can't add Promotion on Marketing tab also.

Please Help Me 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

At one point you did have to have a store, but that was changed and now all sellers who meet the criteria can use PL.

No, I promote and don’t have a store.

He or she is too new. An account with only 5 sales is still under restrictions
