Hello
I don't understand why ebay refunded all of my customers while all of the items they have bought are still in transit. I am honest and I sent everything on time. There was 3 cases in the past two days, and they don't even let me to explain or send some documentation to proof that I have done my resposibilities. They just closed all of the cases in 5 minutes, refunded the buyers, removed all of the listings and blocked my account. I lost over $900 dollars. Here is the proof that all of the items are shipped and still on the way to my customers:

Please explain me why they are so unfair for me and what can I do. I am new seller.

Have the packages been delayed past the estimated date of arrival.
Then it was up to you to call and upload that information to ebay and paypal and ask for an extension of time.

This is a common problem with eBay, and eBay will not do anything to protect the Seller from harm in these situations.
Do not ever list anything on eBay which you cannot afford to just throw into the garbage.

Not just ebay but with every store that sells. They are responsible to get the item safely to the buyer.
You cannot just put something in the mail, throw up your hands, and say I am done.

OP, sorry but I don't click on links like that.
Another new seller came to the Board recently that said they were suspended.
They had one day handling time but put in their description that they would ship when they received the item. So they could not possibly honor the handling time they chose.
You say you are blocked. I believe you mean suspended.
As previously noted, you needed to input the tracking numbers into the cases and called CS and ask for an extension.
If you got a message about your listings being removed by ebay and why, and that you are suspended, that will likely tell you why as well.
Sorry.

Before you blame me let me explain.
Expected delivery time for each package was up to 35 days! Handling time was up to 10 days and economy delivery up to 25 days. I always send the packages on the next business day. Each of the packags is in the time frame and there is still a lot of time to delivery the package! Thats why I dont understand their decisions.

When are the estimated dates of arrival?
Did they file through paypal which for some reason does not make buyers wait that allotted time?

Agree.
Not surprising, we've had eBay employees on the boards just recently telling us that this "can't" happen... that disputes can NOT be opened until 24 hours after the last possible delivery date.
Yet, this very thing seems to be happening to this OP and several others who have posted about this lately.
Where in the policy does it state that not entering tracking numbers will get you booted? Where does it state that tracking numbers are even mandatory?

I don't know what has happened and why ebay took such extreme measures against you, but can you recall any of those packages? Because $900 is not chump change.

There's been more than one like this lately.

Yikes! I haven't seen those threads.

OP is overseas. Not sure he can do that.

There may be a charge for that but it might be worth it to save you all that money.
