Which amount counts towards the $600 at the end of the year? What is shown in your Seller Dashboard as your total yearly sales, or the total amount of sales including shipping/etc. ?

Your gross sales. It would be up to you to deduct shipping, eBay fees, processing fees, item cost (with receipts) on your taxes.

Total amount paid by the buyer including item price and shipping, but not sales tax. The 1099-K includes the gross amount, with no deductions for eBay fees, postage, etc., not even returns.

The combined total amount of all payments processed by Managed Payments (less sales tax) on all accounts associated with your taxpayer ID.

The gross amount.
Looking at the dashboard, it is the number on the left.

The amount that the IRS says - The Before Taxes & Fees or "Gross" Transaction Amount. They must report to the IRS the Full Dollar Amount & then it is up to you as the recipient to then explain what your actual received amount or "Net" Transaction Amount was, if there was a profit on the transaction & what reduced the amount (original purchase cost, fees, shipping costs etc.).
