Most cases that open against me I will see in my notifications or messages, but several times now someone will open a return and apparently they are actually return requests so I must accept them, unknowingly since they are so rare and the two pages look almost identical I sometimes will miss this, and then if I don't accept they turn into cases which for some reason I don't get in my notifications, then they turn into a case closed without seller resolution which is very bad for my buyers experience and my account. So is there a page that shows all of the open cases against you that I could check every day to avoid this?

On the Seller Hub Overview page @turtleswares17 :
Look at the pane titled Orders. It will show you a link for all open returns.
Through Seller Hub top navigation menu, use the following:
Orders>Returns
To see all returns. Use filters to sort open, closed, time period, etc.
Orders>Requests&Disputes
To see all payment disputes, item not received claims, and returns escalated to cases. Use filters to sort open, closed, time period, etc.
You should be receiving eBay messages for all return requests, cases, etc.

I just looked at your recent negative FB and it's almost laughable. ""It's been 5/6 days and it's not here yet.""
I looked at the listing and according to the estimated delivery date range, it's not due for delivery until next week, Jan. 18-20.
!!SHEESH even.!!
(BTW, why such a long handling/shipping delay?)

when you look at a listing, even a sold one, it gives you a delivery estimate as if you were buying it today.......

Oh, okay. But still. ""It's been 5/6 days and it's not here yet""
Give me a break ............
