Where is the 'search within item description' check-box on the home page? Is this a glitch?

Is the glitch on my end,  Ebay's end, or just a terrible choice?  This seriously hampers searching/browsing/finding/and selling.

I remember when we had that.  It however has been gone for a long time.  Not sure it should "seriously" hamper anyone.  You just have to go back to the top of the page.
