Go to your Seller Hub landing page - far right - there is a Question Mark - click it - click thru to the chat box - Type in the CHAT Box - "CALL ME" and they will.

 

You can also reach out on Facebook for Business and outline your issue, trans #, Seller ID and give them a phone number to call you and they will.

Good luck - you are upset - remember those you are reaching out to are not the reason for your issue - please be kind and professional when you do reach out.

Even if you are able to get a "call back" from eBay,  if your problem involves false claims or money, you are very likely to NOT get any help anyway.  The outsourced reps will always be polite, all use the same speel about how wonderful it is to have you as and eBay seller and NOT solve anything. 

Depending on your issue, many of the posters here can advise you much better, even if the answers are not what you want to hear.  At least you will be told the truth.  Up to you, of course. 

 

P.S.  We are all real live people.

New seller-- I'm betting they fell for a Text Me message and were persuaded to send gift cards or to ship without actually being paid.

 

But since there is no one here but us human beings, we'll probably never know.

Plenty of real people here to talk to, but I doubt anyone will be chomping at the bit to talk with you after practically calling us robots and bullcrap.

They say Ebay under charged the buyer for shipping and they want to cancel the order.
