As I'm sure you can tell, this is not a live chat. To speak with someone live you can open a live chat, or request a call back. To do this, you must submit the request by going to the Help and Contact section of your eBay page. Once there, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the button titled "Contact us." After that, simply follow the prompts. It will give you the options of opening a live chat, or request a call.
I tried it the other day when I saw you post this to someone @katzrul15 and had less than successful results.
