Thank you for asking. From the random checks I've made, they are all there.
What you can do to see if you can get this issue to correct is to use the Bulk Editor to update your handling time for all your listings at the same time. And see if that fixes your issue. The Bulk Editor would only take you literally only a couple of minutes to do them all. UNLESS you use Business Policies on some or all of your listings for handling time. Then you can't use the Bulk Editor to do it, you'd have to either delete the Business Policy in order to use the bulk editor or try editing the Business Policy and see if that helps.

I edited them six hours after first posting about this. It let me, I thought at the time, add one to everything that didn't have a bid, but really I was change what it was set at.

It doesn't let you add one because technically you can't set up a listing without the handling time. But you can CHANGE the handling time via the Bulk Editor.

I couldn't find any fixed price listings that didn't show the handling time. Do you have an item number? The only ones I see without the handling time shown were auctions, which as stated earlier, I believe aren't supposed to show one. My auctions don't either.

When I sort their listings by NEWLY Listed, I see some listings that are not showing a handling time. Here are just a couple @fern*wood

The one 'good' thing that came out of this - Normally Sunday sales are packed as paid and they HAVE to go out Monday. But because of this 'misunderstanding' we had reset our handling times to two days from one, and yesterday everything had today as ship by. So we waited till today.
This morning all of them, all packed on Sunday, had at least one piece of tape that came loose, and one short piece had fallen completely off. Same brand tape we always use - duck ez start - BUT first roll from newly bought package. Maybe they changed the glue.
Now I'm sitting here thinking what if I had mailed Monday....

In your site preferences, you can set Saturday and Sunday as NON business days and then they won't be counted when calculating your ship by time.
Go to the section about in the middle of the page. It says:

Has been set like that ever since it could be set. The old bin that sold on Friday that we hadn't changed the handling time on, had Monday ship by date, like it should.

Then that is odd that it counts Sunday in stating the date you need to ship by. I have mine set to have Saturday and Sunday as Non Business days. When something sells on Friday, it tells me to ship by Tuesday as I have a 2 day handling time. But when I had a one day handling time, a Friday purchase would say I had to ship by Monday.
With that said, I clearly read your post wrong. I see now you said you have a 1 day handling time. My bad.

Also, something to keep in mind. Regardless of your Handling Time, eBay will use their own algorithm to determine the dates it will show the buyer as to when to expect arrival. Unless this has recently changed & I haven't heard that, they will use your actual HISTORICAL shipping time rather than your stated Handling Time. Yes, it's super frustrating, there have been countless threads about it. So, if you change your Handling Time to 3 days but routinely ship in 1 day, your delivery dates will still be calculated based on the 1 day.

Thank you ... made a lot of money off my weird humor - and now you made me type the punk version of the 'why did the chicken cross the road' joke and the equally dumb 'what did the duck say to the cow' one .... .....................
(1) He was stapled to the turtle.
(2) I have no idea and neither does the cow.
