Where is the Description

Recently when I list an item and type out the description and submit when I go back into the active listing there is nothing in the description.  Does anyone know why this is happening and know what I need to do?  Thanks appreciate any help

I'm seeing descriptions when I look at your last few items listed?

I saw that issue on a few of my listings too. I found a little tab that says "Item Description" that you have to click on to see the description!

Thanks I corrected that - but you said you can see the description?  How come I cant see it when I open it

I can see it on my Kindle when I open it ... but it takes a long time to load 😞

The text is all run together ... it looks like you are just typing into the HTML tab? Make sure you are in the "Rich Text" tab when entering the description.

Yea that is what I use when I do my descriptions I dont use HTML?  Weird look at this one do you see anything 132620045214

If you are getting the "see description" button, it means that you have some "mixed content" element in your listing.

Edit the listing and run the "Mobile Friendly" checker (there's a link above the description in the SYI form) ... it will tell you what needs to be fixed. Check all 3 tabs of the checker, look at them all and either use the "fix it" button, or edit the HTML/links manually.

If you are accidentally in the HTML tab, you won't get any text formatting at all if you aren't manually coding it ... it will look exactly like the penguin listing looks.

I see the description on that one too.

Try looking at it in a different browser ... Also ... run the Mobile friendly checker ... there may be some odd piece of HTML coding being inserted ...

I checked a couple of your listings and see no description:    Did you check to see if they had been writte

Edit the listing

On the right hand side, above the description field, there is a link "Mobile Friendly Checker"
