We are getting fed up to the point where we will just go back to the old way of selling what we sell. We can't afford to waste time learning all of ebay's new changes.
When does it end?

They removed the Classic Shipping link on one of my accounts. It took me 10 minutes to print ONE label this morning. Then when I did get to purchase it, I could not open the label to actually print it. I kept getting an Adobe error. I finally got it to print but wasted 10 minutes of my life that I can't get back. I just do not understand why they keep trying to fix things that are not broken! Leave things alone, PLEASE!!

It's a bunch of clicks, clicks and more clicks, defaulting back to priority mail cost with each click. But the kicker (for me) is that it wants package dimensions before allowing a media mail label to be printed. Seriously...media mail? Just leave the classic alone. It works just fine.

You missed the pick up because you couldn't figure out the new shipping form? And you're mad at ebay about that? That's hilarious.
It's not "hilarious" ... at all. You're trying to get a label printed to get a late sale out the door before your postal carrier comes in 5 minutes, and it's totally reasonable to assume you can get it done- but suddenly, without warning, the entire interface is changed and nothing is intuitive- as always with eBay.
I'd be hopping mad as well.
eBay: "If it ain't broke... we'll fix it till it is."

the scary part is somebody is getting paid to sit around and come up with a new shipping format that sucks about 100x worse then the original.

@tracdea1 wrote:It's not that difficult to learn. My gosh, just fill out the form that comes up and hit "pay and print"
You must be getting a different page if all you have to do is "pay and print".
Even after the scrolling it is not just a click.
The shipping label with online label record prints in the middle of the sheet of paper rather than starting at the edge. Then another sheet of paper is needed to print a packing slip that prints in the middle of the sheet.
Add the goat rope required to change the "ship from" zip code, and the latest glitch where printing a label for a 1st Class parcel over 15 ounces does work, and the hot mess continues.

its not ideal. but you can still get the old shipping printout that fits on the page correctly etc.. if instead of ship my label.. you click view paypal order. then ship from there.. the tracking and everything autofills back to ebay.

All they should be doing over at eBay is getting people to their site to buy. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.
Someone that has sold on ebay 2 years ago for example, if they were to go on this site now, it would be day and night to them to try to sell something. It shouldn't be that way. Wouldn't eBay want the people that sell NOW on here to be able to go back to family and friends and say, "oh, selling on eBay is pretty easy and pretty cheap to do.....". eBay would be out of their mind to think the majority of sellers are saying this.........

The classic shipping label page had an option (Pay now or when buyers payments post to your account) That feature has been removed. So i have no option ,but to lay out the money immediately, and wait 21 days to get my money back.

Along this line... think how it is for BUYERS. There are some days when Search, for example just gets changed and a regular search shows 5 items when it always used to show 100... or suddenly the payment page is nothing like it was before and the buyer starts doing a slow burn trying to get to their preferred funding source, or suddenly PayPal is not accepted because the seller is in Managed Payments, or trying to buy results in constant error messages, buying multiple items from a seller who offers a combined shipping discount by putting them in the cart and requesting an invoice, only to get a notice that "this seller does not offer a combined shipping discount, or wanting to buy a large item with "calculated shipping", only to find that it can't be calculated because your zip code is suddenly not a valid zip code...
How many of these buyers just leave in frustration and never return?
Trust me- we feel your frustration as well with all these mindless, unnecessary changes that never simplify things, but add layer after layer of needless complication...

Yes, the option for "Classic Printing label" is gone. Yes the new one does work. And Yes, people can take the time to learn how to use it. All they need is Time. That's right, lots of TIME. Lots and lots of extra clicks, extra scrolling around to make sure everything is filled out correctly on the clunky, poorly designed page, and lots of swirling circles while the page thinks about how it is going to load and print (even my computer acts confused!). Ever hear that TIME COSTS MONEY? How about Ebay just keeps the option for "classic" labels for those of us who don't have time and money to waste learning new inefficient page design and pounding out more clicks. That way, those who easily learn new formats and have the ability to spend more time on orders are happy, and those of us with busy lives and businesses are also happy.

Why does no one from Ebay Corporate ever respond to our complaints?
These are very legitimate complaints we have, they need to be addressed or am i just crazy?

Good point...what was the purpose of all those surveys everyone filled out?
Did it all just get put in the trash can?
