Where is classic shipping label page????

We are getting fed up to the point where we will just go back to the old way of selling what we sell.  We can't afford to waste time learning all of ebay's new changes.

When does it end?

I know, I wanted to print postage real quick and ended up with survey and wasting 10 minutes of time trying to figure out the new shipping page that was thrown at us.  Just ticks me off to have time constantly wasted with their ridiculous changes.  The GTC is insane and so is this stupid shipping page.

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

Just took over an hour to figure out.  We'll be deciding what we will be doing for the future with selling parts and it doesn't look like ebay will be in that future.

Does anyone know if they are going to waive the penalty for cancelling a store subscription due to their changes that were not in their store agreement?  We are really considering pulling the plug on here.......

I am able to just scroll up and look at the upper right.

"classic shipping link" there.

May not be the same for you.

P.S.  Is that a MoPar in your little photo? Small pic, hard to tell, but looks a lot like a '51 Meadowbrook that I owned.

Yes, we had that as of yesterday and now it brings you to a useless survey.

Yes, I think it is a 41 Plymouth and the cover photo for our store is our 70 Chevelle SS.

It's not that difficult to learn. My gosh, just fill out the form that comes up and hit "pay and print"

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

Have not been hit with the survey yet.

Sometimes the classic view comes up when I want to print a label, sometimes the newer one.

The new one is a pain because it does not position where I want it on the sheet of paper. I do not want to download a pdf every time to get it where I want it.

The classic view will be retired.  The new one has one bug after another as they continue to develop it. The latest is an insurance snafu where USPS is not available as a choice when needing to have more than basic coverage.

Those of you who still have the link to return to the classic label page, it will disappear soon as it is being removed - there will no longer be an option to return.

The poster who said it is not difficult to figure out - I had it all set to print the exact size I wanted for the packages I mail.  I printed this time and a half a sheet printed for a small box so I had to go in and change things and reprint.  It's just annoying having to reconfigure things, especially when you are in a hurry.

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

The new shipping label page is horrible and no please dont tell me "take time to get used to it"

I am used to it and it takes about 10 extra clicks to print a label compared to the classic page!

I wouldnt care if I sold 10 items a day but when you do 50+ sales a day this is going to add up to almost 30 minutes added to my booked day to print a label!

Sick of this **bleep** ebay !

So do you wanna come down to our shop and teach everyone?  You'll also have to answer phones and handle customers.  Oh and since we were too busy learning this unnecessary change, we missed the USPS pick up so you'll have to drag the 62 pound box we have sitting here along with everything else?

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

I just don't see how this change is helpful in any way. Actually I'm upset about it. If they would have just left us the choice between the two I'd be perfectly OK with it. I can't figure out how to shrink the shipping label. More ink more tape and hassle to fit small packages. But for some reason I can still shrink the packing slip. If you want to make something better fine. If not leave it alone. This is the first change that has actually upset me. Everything else was just another hassle. Mabey it's the Ebay way of trying to get me to cuss. About did it too. Andrew

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

Seriously? It's just an online form. It's not that hard to learn, the concept is the same. You're shipping packages. You enter the information needed to create the shipment, you pay and you print. So, the page LOOKS different, you're still doing the same thing!

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

You missed the pick up because you couldn't figure out the new shipping form? And you're mad at ebay about that? That's hilarious.

Re: Where is classic shipping label page????

And you have time to complain to the community about change while your carrier slipped on by without your package. Yep, that's eBay's fault, too.

Complained AFTER we missed the pick-up (which is early)..........key word here is AFTER.....

Don't take "gosh jabs" and not expect one back.  We have numerous people printing out labels because we sell a lot of parts in and out of our store, so yeah, it is a big deal to show everyone a new page we have never seen before.  Our store is also a functioning and busy restoration shop.  Missing the pick up is a big deal because that means someone has to leave (and we close on weekends).

Unless you are operating out of a busy shop, you clearly don't understand.  Instead of being a (expletive), you could of just explained what happened with the label page like the normal people that replied.

Thanks for you input and have a great one.
