Where do my auctions go during account restrction?

So I got hit with the restricted account notice (again) and had to upload my photo ID this morning. So pending approval I noticed my auctions I had listed are now gone. Someone was bidding on an item that was ending today. eBay customer service really didn't answer my question. What happens to that auction?

I understand the INFORM customer act law has changed the way high volume sellers sell now... and I've griped about it elsewhere. But somehow this verification process just needs to get a little more streamlined.

Let's see, your account got restricted "again".

Then your listings suddenly all disappeared.

My guess would be that ebay ended your listings.

Yeah, last week they needed a bank account statement so I uploaded that and waited for my payments to resume and things were fine for a week and now an ID is needed. So now I wait. I really hope they didn’t delist everything because I had 26 auctions up and paid for a promoted listing on an item.

If eBay just ended your listings without removing them, you'd find them on your ended listings page:
