None of us here can go to your "order's page" and view it as we are all just merely members of Ebay like you. But I'd say check the filters on how you have them set to make sure you have the right dates.
Now if I go and view the list of your active listings, and I use the filter in the left rail towards the bottom for sold items, it tells me you have had 94.
So just take a close look at the filters on the order page. That is likely your issue. I know I've done the same thing to myself more times than I can count.
Did you by chance archive some of your orders? If so they will not show up. You will need to click on archived to see those that have been placed there.

What does "Ah Ha, I did all of them. Ok that's fixed." mean? Was there actually a problem or was it just you had not used the filters correctly?
Without more information it is hard to comment on the Packing slip or shipping label issue you have. Would you be more specific please.
