I sold a graphic t shirt for $20 plus shipping.
By the time I buy the cheapest pen and envelope at Walgreens for $7. Drop it off at the post office with first class for $6. I'm left with a $5 profit.

If the unit is outdoors then you should get enough natural light by simply opening the door all the way and positioning a table just inside the opening. Direct sunlight is not good because of harsh shadows. You should be able to get plenty of ambient light within the shade of the open storage unit.

Bigger storage costs money. I have a 7.5'x10' and that runs me $175 every month.

Mine had a light in the unit. And it was a very small unit. Maybe 4'x4'.
