We've started sending Offers to members for items they've indicated interest in. (Using the Offer Eligible filter in the Active Listings view.) It appears we are having some success. But the only way I have been able to tell if a sale is a result of an Offer up to this point is to click on each one and see if the price paid is less than the Buy It Now price. (Fixed price listings, of course) That's cumbersome and time consuming, to say the least.
Where can I find a report or a summary view showing ONLY sales that were made from the Offers process?? I assume it's on the site somewhere, as I can't imagine eBay promoting and encouraging that process without actually providing sellers a method to easily see how it is working out...
FYI - I am NOT talking about the Best Offer feature. We do not have that enabled for our listings. (We experimented with it in the past with very little success.)

I know what you mean.
When I send an offer, I usually make it an odd number, like $32.23 or $17.17 . If they accept the offer, I'll know it because of the numbers.
My items are usually priced the standard 19.99 or 19.95 or 20
But I don't know of another way to tell what you want to know

The issue is that listing reports and sold reports seldom inter mingle so you can't have a "sold for" and "listed for" column next to each other which would be ideal for what you are looking for, even in excel where you could compare data for both columns and highlight the ones that are different.
I get what you're trying to do, but I don't think eBay has that capability.
At lest from what I've seen and used.

From recent observations most of what was previously available as a history is slowly being purged from the system. Several months ago there were additional tabs at the top in sellers hub. They seem to have recently poofed. When I click on my tab that does shows offers sent includes offers sent it has a few from years ago but is missing the majority of recent ones sent. I to like to try to remain consistent when I send a new offer out. Because there is no way to know who you are sending to...Is it a returning watcher or someone with a history of difficult transactions. There is no way to know. All you can do is offer and cross fingers. The only way to see some sort of history is by checking each listing one at a time. Sorry, not the answer you are looking for but all I've been able to come up with. And this only works on listings that have been running continuously. As far as I know it does not work if you use relist or sell similar to a listing. History disappears into oblivion by my testing. As a side note even retracting an offer has become well hidden.
One possibility for you would be one of the standalone programs like Auctiva, Inkfrog...etc. They may have that capability. But they would most likely come with a cost.

Re: Functionality for report generating/data comparing.
Similar to how some seller hub fields are locked for sorting. No reason why they should be. They just are. I know I have listings that are long tail that do not have the return options correctly marked. I have been able to find no way to run a report to confirm which ones and fix in a straight forward way. Bulk editor can often do major damage so nervous to even try.

I also wouldn’t worry about either, i send out at least 100 offers per day, no way an I going to waste time on each and every single one. I have very little issues with buyers and my return rate is extremely low. With that being said I believe 60 or 70 percent of my sales are from either offers to watchers or buyers sending me offers. Most people just want some type of discount even if it’s a dollar. Yes some people send ridiculous offers but Don’t let it bother you, either counter or decline and move on.

Thank you. That is exactly what I was looking for.
Seller Hub>>Sales>>Offer Sales.
