You're missing the "s" in "https" up front, so it's failing to make a Secure Socket Layer connection; that's all.

Back in the days of Usenet discussion groups (newsgroups) on the Internet there were always a few rambling loons who would post bizarre stuff that no one could understand. Once when there was a burst of  incoherent posts in a short period of time from multiple nutcases someone pointed out that it was getting near the end of the month and perhaps the state-supplied medications (or money for them) was running out. Today is only the 20th so I guess that might not apply here. 😉
