When using Ebay's Create a Listing, how do you include the About this Product

When utilizing Ebay's Create a Listing, how do you get the listing to include the ABOUT THIS PRODUCT? It downloads the Item Specifics perfectly but not the About this Product.

You're seeing something different than was in your other listings? I don't have an 'About this product' on my form... 😐

ETA: I see that you have Descriptions, so maybe I'm confused. No... probably  I'm confused.

If you are talking about the section that eBay ads to your description I think it is a function of a "new item with a UPC or MPN number that also happens to be in the eBay catalog.  There used to be a box to check if you wanted this included or not.  Before that they would stick it in there anyway, even if it was not wanted.  Perhaps that is NOT in the new listing tool, I wouldn't know.  

I would caution you about including that.  Please review it for accuracy, since the information can often be incorrect.  The result of incorrect information being  provided, would be the likely increase in "not as described" claims.

The "About This Item' section is only seen on the APP on a mobile device.  It is slightly different on a mobile browser, but still named "About this item".

On your desktop PC, it is named "Item Specifics".  Same information, different format, different title.  Stupid.

That is interesting, and apparently what the OP was looking for.  Since I don't use an app I thought she was asking about something else.  PC version that has "about this product" under the item specifics.  Don't know why the photo ended up in the middle of my text??????  LOL.

Perhaps some of the "About this item' information is category specific?  I've never seen it on a PC, even when building the listing.  For some stupid reason, the exact same data is converted into "About this item" on the eBay app, and even on a mobile browser.
