When are transactions added to report?

Curious if anyone knows the answer to my question. Here it is:

If I sell an item right now, how long does it take for that item to be added to my "Monthly Breakdown" in my "Seller Level" tab?

For clarification, I am talking about the spreadsheet that pops up after I click "See Monthly Breakdown" 3/4 of the way down the page, right below the "Transactions and Sales" category.

I believe it's supposed to update throughout the day, but am not sure if that's the case.

Thank you in advance for any answers.

After you click the monthly breakdown link the pop up gives the date in the upper left corner. Right now mine is showing June 24th.

For seller level purposes they only need to be included by the 20th of the following month but it's usually just a few days.

Right, I can see that part. It's hard to explain exactly what I mean through a text post.

I'm wondering how long it takes that page to update, for example: Let's say I'm at 400 transactions, then I sell an item. How long will it take for that page to show that I am now at 401 transactions?

From what I'm seeing on my own account, the answer is that it takes "a while." It doesn't happen when the item is paid for, when it is shipped, when it is received, as far as I can tell. I'm guessing that this statistic is updated periodically rather than continuously, but I can't tell when that period might be.

Also, there are wrinkles. Multiple sales to one buyer within seven days count as one transaction. The sale of multiple items in buy-it-now is one transaction.

Some of these policies might be set up to keep sellers from gaming the system. I'm trying to get back over 100 sales in the last 12 months, but under performance, eBay shows only the last six, perhaps to keep me from selling "just enough" and then cutting back? I suspect that calling 12 auction buys by one person in a week "one transaction" is a way to avoid fraudulent "sales" to a shill account in order to improve seller status.

In practical terms, then, my answer is to just keep selling, figuring that you'll pass your target at some point and learn about it at some later point. This particular data reporting is vague, by deliberate design or not.
