Not if it is 'just a bid' on an 'auction' type listing. If a buyer 'sends' you an offer and you accept (and you have 'best offer' listed on your listing), then the auction will end when you 'accept' the offer (and will ONLY show 'Best Offer' when you have ZERO bidders. Once you have a bidder, Best Offer disappears.
Also know that 'Indiana Glass' that you sold for $5, with a $10 shipping, along with probably 'sales tax' the buyer paid- you are then charged the Final Value Fee on the entire purchase. So, if they purchase for $16 with shipping and tax, you are charged 12.9% ($2.08) plus .30c for a total of $2.38 from your $5 'sales' item (assuming you are going to pay $10 to ship it, which looking at the size and possible weight, could even be more for you to pay to ship it) would leave you $2.62 profit on a $5 sale.

We get confused with duplicate posts. Do you know how to check the replies you are receiving?

If your auction has a bidder, you can't accept offers, because "Best Offer" button will disappears once you have a bidder on it..

You can end an auction early and choose to sell it to the current high bidder. But most sellers won't do this because they know that so many auctions get bids at the very end.
