The last couple days, listings that just contain text, the descriptions are all pushed to the left in about a 2 inch row.
Anyone else notice this?

I had my husband clear cache and we checked to see if I'm using the most recent version of firebox-- it was up to date -- 94. something. I also rebooted, but I've still got the problem. He wants to switch me to chrome, so I may just do that.

That page with the creamer looks OK in Firefox 94.0.1 for me, as well as in Edge and Opera.
Often a problem with unformatted, left justified text on a page can be a style sheet issue, though I do not know about a problem specifically within a listing description -- that might work differently.
If the page looks OK in another browser, clearing cache in the original browser is the usual remedy. If it happens again, try a page refresh or a shift-refresh. Possibly manually deleting eBay cookies might help.
There might be an issue involving browser settings, or a conflict with an add-on. Harder to diagnose unless you are willing to temporarily disable add-ons and add them back one at a time.
If the problem occurs with multiple browsers or devices, there are some network issues that can be the culprit, but again, those tend to affect entire sites rather than just listing descriptions, I think.

I'm not sure what it is.
When I cleared the cache, it worked for a little bit.

This seems to be a mini fix. Hubby told me to try hitting refresh when the descriptions look wonky. Now when viewing a listing, I hit refresh and the description on that listing will then appear normal.

I switched to Chrome and the listings look normal.
But, I do not understand how some listing has the product identifer added. They were not there before.

I've tried that and sometimes it'll work and sometimes it doesn't.

same here...it is making me crazy.....I make detailed descriptions with many of my listings....sometimes it displays perfectly, and other times all my div layers are squished to one side (ignoring all the code)....like it is trying to display on a mobile device without formatting properly.....sometimes refresh re-aligns everything for a minte...then you scroll and it reverts to the 'narrow; view.....this only started within the last month or so
this is ONLY with Firefox...(updated and cache cleared)
seems ok with chrome and edge...I have not checked tablets

Sounds like the CSS isn't being retrieved properly at times in this case. If I can encounter this issue I'll update and say for sure.

I thought the eBay team was going to follow up on this after the chat on Feb 2nd?

I continue to be plagued by this. Why do companies deny that Firefox is an important web browser?

Same here.
I just got used to seeing the pages like that, so it doesn't bother me much anymore.
But, it would be nice if they got the problem fixed.

There's not we much we can follow up with @wastingtime101. This appears to be a browser issue and I can provide this help page for more on that. Since the issues appears to be just with Firefox, make sure you're on their most recent version of the browser, and try clearing the cache and cookies. Another member said that if you click on the shield icon at the left of the address bar and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection, that usually helps them when they run into this with eBay and other sites. If that's still not helping, then we'd encourage you to use a different browser.
