Does 100 Bid Retractions in 3 1/2 months sound like a lot? I had a Buyer who bid on 2 items, then a day later retracted a bid on one of them ... after some research I learned they have 100 retractions in 3 1/2 months ...
I am almost thinking of canceling their current bid and putting them on the BBL and moving on ... then if they message and ask why I can explain my concerns about them having too many bid retractions in such a short period of time ...
However, I am curious, what would you do?

Just thought I would update you guys ... the buyer won one of the two items they bid on ... I checked again and they went from 100 to 106 retracted bids ... BUT, when I saw their name I thought, "wait a minute, that sounds familiar!" So I checked back in their FB history and sure enough, they had purchased from me before LOL!
And now the other bidders on those 6 auctions are screaming "Shill Bidding!" and have their pitchforks out for the other sellers 😞
So ... Since they are a repeat customer ... Will you block or not?

Not necessarily, as auctions become more rare I also think bidders in general 1.) know less about all the variables and 2) whatever the guy is doing there’s no shilling or bid shielding, so there wasn’t necessarily a weird result to any auction (no one may have even noticed).
@mr_lincoln too funny, an old friend, so to speak!!!

Yes ... I didn't recognize the eBay ID but the name on the Order detail rang a bell!

I'd wait until he pays you.... but is there a tactful way to ask him what's going on? He may not realize he's making himself look bad. At least it would solve the mystery.
