I've been reading the questions for Bob Kupbens thread. There are a LOT of very good questions there. Voting will determine which questions Mr. Kupbens will answer.
So this is much more basic. No offense to the many great questions there, but many are very specific to certain situations.
If you could only ask ONE question, what would you say is THE most important question that he should be asked?
What is the biggest and most important concern that you face, worry about, or ponder?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Would he come to Christmas camp with me?

He has 177 seller feedback on an ID that dates back to 1999, plus a lot of feedback that's pre-2007 (when eBay started showing whether a feedback was from a seller or a buyer). It's just his first and last names seaprated by an underscore.
Naturally he's in the new Managed Payments program. He recently got a neutral feedback rating from a buyer who was disappointed that they couldn't pay with PayPal. LOL!

Hey, Nobody. And when the Managed went into effect, and he was NOT participating, and I think had No returns there were posts here about how come? Suddenly the paypal block thingy was gone and all the eBay requirements were put in place (free returns, free everything, whatever). And for a long while there was a store icon that you clicked on and it said doesn't exist. Go figure.

I am seeing that fake vintage **bleep** in antique malls. One owner even told me that the seller was getting her items straight from China.
My one question for Bob:
Do you buy and sell here?

How ironic.

I'd ask him why is is it so hard to get EBAY to consider a store level between Premium and anchor?
That's one of the questions I posted. https://community.ebay.com/t5/Questions-for-Bob-Kupbens-VP/eBay-Stores/idi-p/29274244

Thank you for your effort. I hope somebody sees it and considers the possibility.

I know there has been resistance to this idea for years; many have proposed it unsuccessfully. But that doesn't mean it isn't a valid question, just that it has been a perennial concern.
A further thought, though, if many sellers are reluctant to jump to the higher tier, it might mean considerable new fee income for Ebay if they did create a tier between a tier. As it stands, they hope for the huge leap from one tier to the other.

"What would you do if someone sent a return for item not as described and it was a bag of rocks/brick/empty?"

How about the constant "reassurances" from the Blues who say they will provide education to customer service when they give Really Bad Advice and a seller or buyer posts about losing their protections/items as a result? Those useless replies do nothing to improve the confidence of anyone.
