What's up with the new feedback?

I think i just left myself positive feedback for an order i just shipped.  I haven't had an order in weeks so this is all new to me.  It was completely worded as if I was the buyer.  It even asked me if i wanted to save the seller.  I was thinking rather someone else would save me....cash is best.

I still can't leave feedback for any of my sellers and its been this way for a few days now.  I go to leave feedback and all I see is a prefilled comment section that doesn't pertain at all to my purchase .I can click on the stars  but the ''send'' option is pale and unusable . Trying to report this to e bay has been next to impossible .There's no option to click on  for something like this .

It's something new Ebay is trying and there have been several complaints concerning.  I believe if you type in what you actually want to post, that option goes away.  Most sellers would not post that comment...we can all think for ourselves.

I didn't even check to see where the feedback went to.  Okay the buyer got my feedback.  so I can leave feedback.  I'm a seller though so it might be entirely different as a buyer.  While I am a seller, I am also boycotting ebay for their little attack on me a week or so ago over nothing that they've since rescinded.  They will not EVER be getting my money again.  I'm thinking of moving over to amazon.

I just tried to leave feedback for a buyer that I forgot about.  It told me I already had left it and I hadn't.   More glitches..🙄

You can still just type in your response, I know its weird, saw that yesterday leaving fb.

Today it's telling me that I've already left feedback and I had not.  Another posted stated they couldn't post either.  It never ends...

Maybe it's where or when you leave feedback?   I always leave feedback after I ship an order.  I don't see any point in doing so later for any other reason as a seller.  I usually just say thank you for your order.  Maybe with sales so back I add a coupon code from now on with that .

I'm usually a ebay "cheerleader" but yes, I agree with you. 

The new feedback system up is pretty messed up.

Let's hope management can figure that out and do something about it.

You have a lot of listings up for someone who is boycotting eBay.  And yes, the feedback is all jacked up right now.  Lord only knows when or if it will be fixed.

Switching to amazon is much more difficult than say shopify.  amazon will reject your item if they feel the background isn't pure white or has evidence of editing.  I have 70 items,  that's nothing.  I said I wasn't going to buy from ebay anymore.

I left feedback for a bunch of stuff this morning... nothing different here! Just typed in my feedback as usual
