What just happened??

I had an eBay sale!  Time to celebrate!  It feels like one of those events that only happens once every 150 years.  😛   Don't give up, people.  You too can make 8 sales / $500 a year.  🙂

One thing that is consistent on the community boards.  If humor or sarcasm is direct AT eBay - few will come along thinking it is funny.  If it is directed AT sellers who have poor sales & complain about it, they think it is hilarious!   lol  It reminds me of a certain someone who does name-calling on a daily basis.  When he does it, those who adore him, think it is so funny.  Yet, if anyone does it, it's childish.  😛

Re: What just happened??

Your Looney Tunes hat is super cute--but spelled wrong in the title.  That might help to get it sold. Congrats on the sale!

At the risk of piling on... the Wendell Willkie/Nixon/McGovern political button listing has the name misspelled as "Wilkie" (it's supposed to have two "L"s) in both the title and description.

To be fair, I noticed that several of the "similar" listings from other sellers that eBay shoved in at the bottom of your listing also have a misspelled "Wilkie" showing, which is odd because, you know, the photo of the button with the correctly-spelled name on it is right there. 😄

@sakic92710  No problem!  We sellers need to look out for one another.   I collect books by Richard Matheson and have found some valuable books on the cheap because the seller misspelled the last name.  I search for those!

@meme6253 I know too.  Snark sells!

Wow--"Arrested Development" and "Sandford and Son" in the same post.  Hilarious!  Both are great.
