I don't think you'll find a UPC code for hand crafted products.

UPC stands for Uniform Product Code and is a 12 digit number that manufactures put on a product. So, no matter where it's sold, it will always have that UPC .

Handmade, homemade items will not have one. So, you choose:

You do not need one to sell items on ebay but you actually can buy UPC codes on ebay but they are really not much use and may be used codes or just made up codes
