There is a thread on the POWER SELLER Board that everyone should read. I know my dashboard this month said "My seller performance is at risk in the global program" My stats are 100% PERFECT in every category for 550 total sales, now it appears I may lose my Bronze Power Seller status WITH ALL ACCOMPANYING BENEFITS because of some NEW metric for total global sales. That means shipping discounts will be no longer available AND The 7 day cooling off period for buyers wanting to leave neutral or negative feedback1 can we get some specific answers to why so many sellers are getting this SAME RED WARNING MESSAGE on thier dashboard??? BLUES???

The change was made months ago, @ekmadonna.
Here's a thread I started about it back in March when I noticed the warning on my own dashbooard: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/quot-Your-seller-performance-status-is-at-risk-in-the-global/m...

Are you talking about TRS or PS? PS requirements are $3k and 100 domestic sales. For that you get PS board access and the 7 day feedback cooling off period.
With TRS, Global is everything except US, UK/IE and a couple of others. I'm TRS in USA, and above standard in global and UK/IE because I don't have the int'l volume. I've only got 51 global transactions and 2 UK ones.

I don't know which one is at risk. the message just states "your seller performance is at risk in global program"? the discussion on the POWER SELLER board leads me to believe the downgrade may mean I will no longer be a Bronze Power seller. not 100 % sure. my Yearly Global Sales are at about what yours are. I don't have the totals in front of me or really know where to check for them.

The GSP a long with High USPS shipping cost's Killed off my international sale's to the point if i'm lucky to get 15 international buyers a year. So I don't care that I don't have Global TRS . I just Have U.S. TRS . I will not do free returns just to have TRS+ .

@tiramisu41this is new we don't even sell global at all so it shouldn't be there but is is. But we won't get the discount anyway since we won't offer free returns. If we lose the shipping discount on our domestic sales and our discount for fees we can try to raise prices but that and the new sales tax issue would just be too much for us.

It means you are keeping TRS in the US region and being downgraded to Above Standard in the global region.
For listings that qualify for the TRS Plus discount you will receive the discount on domestic transactions but not on global transactions.
Power Seller status won't be affected by a change in your global region seller status.

Hi @ekmadonna, what @Anonymous is correct. The most common cause for the lose of Top Rated globally is a lack of sales to those regions. The requirement is 100 transactions in the global markets to be Top Rated. You'll find more information about the requirements for Global Seller performance here.

Don't believe so, @waterbed_bigfoot. eBay announced changes were going to be made to International Performances Standards in the Summer 2017 Update but gave sellers until February 2018 to get their international sales up enough not to be "below standard."
See: https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/seller-updates/2017summer/index.html
Come March, I noticed (along with a lot of others) there was a red warning message on my dashboard telling me I was below standard in the Global Shipping Program and I had no idea what eBay was talking about. There were many threads about it around that time. One of "the blues" weighed in at some point and affirmed the change was announced last fall but didn't go into full-force effect until March.
TBH, I don't even worry about it anymore. My international sales have totally tanked -- GSP or not -- due to the significant hikes that have occurred in international shipping rates so there is no way I will ever get my international sale metric back up to the levels that are now required. Just a total lost cause IMO, given the new requirements that are now in place. Another "thank you, eBay moment." 😞

Brian My international buyer sales are gone ! Do to two big issues : 1. The GSP that ebay came up ran the buyers away ,Because Ebay doesn't want to have a None-GSP seller search option! 2. USPS FCMI rates are unfair over priced and the Chinese sellers have a unfair low shipping deal I can't match .

I think you are ok if you are not at risk in the USA.
