Selling on ebay has never been so hard. Every month it gets less and less. Ebay how about some visibility please.

Hard work never hurt anybody. Sold in the real world of face to face selling for 41+ years had to learn new stuff all the time. If I was not changing got further behind. Heck I never had a PC or a lap top until I was 50 y.o. Had to learn pronto as it was swim or drown time - I survived.
No one said selling was easy and once success will be what you put into it - there a people that will help and guide you but won't do it for you - like those teamwork projects in schools today (5-6 studentes in the team and only 2 do all the work and all get the same grade - hmmm

One small thing, you have good pics but bad backgrounds, almost make them "camoflauge" in a visual search. I use a couple of sheets of white posterboard (from dollar store) for background, items stand out better in search.

I also used a light blue like a bed sheet for many items and oddly enough a black back ground for shiny items like gold or gold plated objects, jewelry etc to minimize reflection and the items popped to my liking. Only used a Canon digital camera.
A hint only take photos under pure white lighting and never under florescent lighting.

Black background DOES work great for many lighter-hued items, notably closeups of stuff like stamps. My background for those is an old piece of black construction paper from I dunno where.
Some of the lighter shade kitchen and table stuff would look good against that too methinks.

Along my journey picked up tips from professional photographers when I was in charge of product sales material development for material handling equipment - forklifts.

I looked at a few of your listings and then looked at sold prices for similar items. Your prices are on the high side. You might want to adjust some of your prices so that you are competitive with other listings of like items.
An example is the turquoise Pyrex cake dish you have listed at $98.00. One sold on eBay for $46.00 and another for $59.00. The same with the Pyrex refrigerator dish you have listed at $85.00. Several have sold either singly or as part of a set for much less than your price. The Jadite Bathing Beauty soap dish you have listed for $48.00 can be bought all day long for about $30.00. These are the only ones I looked at but I'm sure there are others.

We have to pay for visibility, It would be great if all the photography tips help, but you can still have great photos & not obtain visibility, Not trying to be a downer just stating the facts.

Your prices for your dishware is extremely high, and not competitive with other sellers selling the very same items for much less. Its not surprising that your sales are very slow.

I searched Fire King Green Splash and your bowl had visibility. I sorted by Lowest Price First, and your $110 bowl was down the list a bit behind the $59 one, the $65 one, the $70 one, the $75 one, the $90 one, the $97 one, and the $100 one.
I searched Fire King Green Splash Jadeite but your bowl had no visibility even though the $59 one, the $65 one, the $70 one, the $75 one, the $90 one, the $97 one, and the $100 one were all there. But I think that's because you neglected to put Jadeite in the title, but they all did.

My sales are up 90% over the past 30 days. I had a good 2024, & look forward to a very good 2025.
I've noticed that when people come on & complain about slow sales they usually sell sports memorabilia, clothing, shoes, books, glass knickknacks. Sometimes you have to move on & find out what items you know & & if you can sell that item if you can find it a good enough price to resell. What I sell today is very different from what I sold 10 years ago.

Simple - your listing is your best "salesperson" do it right the first time, or do it by the plan - do see -act
"Plan, See, Do, Act" is essentially a rephrasing of the widely used "Plan, Do, Check, Act" (PDCA) cycle, a process improvement methodology where you first plan a change, then implement it on a small scale ("Do"), evaluate the results ("Check"), and finally take action based on the findings ("Act") - essentially making the "See" step synonymous with the "Check" phase, where you analyze the results of your implemented change.

Well said. You only get to make a first impression once!
When i read your posts @johnrj1226 , I hear Sam Elliots voice.
I mean that as a compliment not a slight!

Don't blame the visibility.
Blame the pricing and what you are selling.
Stuff very few are collecting for prices that are clearly shown to be way too high!
(4 others on every one of your listings by OTHER sellers that are CHEAPER).

It is definitely visibility. My views are almost nothing and sales have abruptly stopped. Folks in my category still selling. Ebay apparently doesn't like my 8% promotion rates. They expect me to do close to 17%. Ridiculous!
