I dont know about everyone else, but I just started managed payments about a month ago. Before managed payments started, I was pulling $100 in sales daily for months and months consistently. Now all the sudden, im having days where I dont sell a single item. Now I always have 300 items listed at any given time, and something is not right here. It seems to me something is causing this, but im not sure what it is. Who else is experiencing this. Ebay has gone way downhill it seems. I may be taking my business elsewhere if this continues, as something isn't adding up, something is really fishy here.

I honestly do not see where MP can be a factor in sales - many threads anout this already, but there has been a huge downturn that can be attributed to many things, but I think the biggest (eBay issue) is the glitches and IS at the moment
Hope things pick up for you

You are not alone. Especially on weekends. Barely get sales on Fri-Sun & it's be going on for 2 months. Those sales usually amount to about $10-20; if I'm lucky. I don't see this trend ending any time soon. The COVID pandemic is ending & sales are reverting back to pre-March 2020. My sales were a disaster back then, too. We're going to have to find a way to generate sales across several platforms to make it successful. Best of luck to you. 🙂

ebay is now paying buyers to shop elsewhere in an effort to be even more dramatic and senseless in their decisions... completely false of course but no one has given this answer yet.

Well if things are glitching, they seem to be steadily glitching. I honestly don't have a problem with the managed payments, its less steps to get paid. But something is obviously going on. Something is stopping sales. Period. Sales don't just stop for days. This hasn't happened all year for me, not even for 1 day. But days with no sales. Something is clearly wrong.

Are your Ebay items showing up in google search results and were they before managed payments? I don't know if that would have anything to do with it but it might be worth investigating if sales are down.

Yes, my items show in Google search, this has to be a glitch somewhere, as this just doesn't add up to me.

I have not registered for this. I have pulled all my listings. Ebay has unfortunately taken a turn where it is taking more and more from sellers. I still don’t know why ebay takes a cut of the sellers shipping cost. Now it suspends your account and wants your private info likely to release to others. In my opinion ebay has always benefits buyers over sellers. one word GREED

Nonsense.

Sold over 500 items this month and June normally stinks for my sales. Oh yah its the start of Summer and people going on vacations again. Maybe you need to list more items or run a markdown sale.

Something is causing this, its now been 2 days with not a sale, or a watcher, something is wrong, its obvious now. This is horrible..in 20 years on ebay I have never seen this before..I want answers.

Yours is not the only message about this, but I don't believe MP has anything to do with this phenomenon. Think about this: During the past approximately year and a half, B&M shopping was severely curtailed because of the quarantine. Maybe people are now seeing that they can get out and shop in person as opposed to online.

No, ebay has changed something, or something with their system is causing this, I cant remember when the last time I had 2 days with not one sale, I dont think I've ever had this happen.. it has to be a glitch causing this, it doesn't add up. I normally sell 5-10 items a day consistently.

Where do I sign up ? Do they send us checks, or just deposit those funds into our accounts automatically ?

Sales are down across the internet as their is a shift from buying stuff to doing stuff , like eating out.
Amazon Prime

My sales are down across the board on every site, not just Ebay.
Op. Get the dashes and exclamation points out of your title .
Also, use a photo editor to fix your pictures. They are too dark and at a funky angle. Buyers will quickly pass on poor pictures
