They have done little to nothing in the past few years that sellers have actually asked for. Why is corporate management of pretty much any company like this anymore?
"Hey guys, instead of reading feedback and listening to the customer (in this case, buyer or seller), let's do something totally out of left-field and hope they love it!".
I went to ship some items this morning and it popped up "you can now pay for shipping labels using pending payouts". Say what? I've been able to do that for months.
I also got an email from them with "new payout timing options" in the subject line. When I clicked the email, there was literally nothing about payout timing in it.
I really hate it when companies get new management and they fix something that wasn't broken to begin with, just so they can justify their position. "Hey guys looked I totally rearranged categories!". "Well no one likes it, it's terrible!". "Ya..but I DID SOMETHING!!! Now pay me $300,000 a year!".

Considering how many people come on the boards complaining they have to pay for shipping labels out of their own pocket first, advertising it can come out of pending payouts is a good idea. They should post it weekly. Oh, plus the fact they don't make interest on the money before you get it.

Agreed, I woke up yesterday and they rearranged my seller hub page, hmm.
Well, been here awhile learned what they added, was able to delete/hide their busy body statistics info in BOLD RED shaming me pointing out my failings and short comings.
Still rearranging the page to its former glory. Just another 30 minutes of waisted time.

my seller hub seems to change at least every two weeks in the 2 months.
As far as shipping labels. I'm not interested in purchasing labels through eBay. Some say you get a discount, but I asked the post office and they said it is only like 10%. I rather go to the post office and pay that 10% than deal with issues when a buyer decides to cancel.
I have enough to do already listing new items and massaging my current listings as needed. I don't need another another issue to watch and manage a cancel order and make sure I'm refunded for the label if purchase is cancelled.
Keep it clean and simple as possible! I have other responsibilities to take care of like everyone else.

We received the email a few days ago. Same day as the rollout fiasco or the next morning - forget which. The email was condescending. At least from my viewpoint. If you wish to touchpoint, then do so. Stop making it seem like everything is rainbows and unicorns. Because it is not!
