I have been a member since 1998 and upload new listings every day. Why am I not getting free promotion offers, only for favorite sellers? I do have a store and getting fed up with ebay practices.

paid item but case not closed

Buyer paid for item after I opened case, item # 201538137141 but she still has open case against her. System will not allow me to close case; this was one item in a combined item invoice. Please take care of this matter. good_buys
