Glitch When Adding Item Specifics

Anybody else having this problem?  Trying to add “soon to be required” item specifics.  When I click on “add item specifics” the screen does not have the blue “SAVE” button in the lower left.  I have to exit that screen, click “Add Item Specifics” a second time, and then the blue SAVE button shows up.  I have to do this double work with each entry.  What a pain.

Yes, it's been like that for a while. Don't bother trying to end and relist, that doesn't change anything either. There hasn't been any explanation offered by eBay, but I stopped trying to make mine work months ago.

Thanks for the sympathy.  Why can’t they fix such a simple glitch, I wonder.

They are currently working on updating some categories and IS and it is causing all sorts of issues site wide.

The date of completion has been extended 3 times so far, so let's hope the last promise of all back to normal by 19th Oct is true.
