For payment of what?

• Are you a seller looking to pay your eBay invoice?
• Are you a buyer asking about paying for a purchase?
• Are you a seller wanting to purchase shipping for your sold items?

Customers can still use PayPal to make purchases.   Sellers can still use PayPal to pay for shipping labels.   

I noticed that you have NOT enroll in managed payments.  All SELLERS are required to enroll in MANAGED PAYMENTS if you want to continue selling on EBAY.    To enroll you must provide your CHECKING ACCOUNT (routing#) and SOCIAL SECURITY# (for tax purposes).  Name on your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile page must be an exact match (otherwise your application may be denied).
