is it just me or does it seem like eBay selling has been hacked. Why would the dollar amount from selling and item be different on the payment details on eBay's website compared to what's in my bank account

Ebay's taking their FVF off the top before they send you the money into your bank account.  So what shows up in your bank account will be a smaller amount.

Managed Payments shows the net amount (due you).  EBAY deducts fees & shipping cost (whatever is leftover gets deposited into your bank account).
